  • 01. Why don't you publish prices?

    We do not sell psychometric measurement by the seat. The price of an engagement depends on the role architecture, the volume of candidates, the legal context (works councils, EEOC monitoring, GDPR posture), and how much people-science work we do on your behalf. Publishing a single per-seat number would force us to over-price the small engagements and under-price the complex ones — which is not how this work should be sold.

  • 02. How long does a pilot take?

    Most pilots are scoped to 60 days end-to-end: two weeks of setup (role definition, technical manual review with your people-science team, ATS hook-up), 30 days of live administration, and two weeks of readout. We do not run pilots that last six months — that is a sales tactic, not an evaluation.

  • 03. What happens if the pilot doesn't work?

    We send you the validity readout, the candidate data we collected, and the technical manual you were evaluating against. No upsell, no second call. The deliverables are yours to take to whoever you select next.

  • 04. Are prices in USD or EUR?

    We invoice in USD or EUR depending on the customer's preference, agreed at the start of the engagement.

  • 05. Do you offer a free tier or a self-serve plan?

    No. The reason we are cautious about candidate-side use of these instruments — adverse-impact monitoring, legal defensibility, consent design — does not survive being shipped as a self-serve SaaS. Every engagement is reviewed by a person.

  • 06. Can we cancel mid-engagement?

    Yes. All engagements include a 30-day exit clause after the first measurement cycle. We do not lock customers in.

  • 07. Does the price include a technical manual for each instrument?

    Yes. Manuals for the instruments included in your engagement are part of the contract. Custom composites built for you ship with a manual as part of the deliverable.

  • 08. How is candidate data handled if we don't renew?

    Default retention is 24 months from the last administration, configurable down to 12 months on request. On non-renewal, candidate-level data is purged within 60 days of contract end. Aggregate norms remain in our calibration sample, anonymized.
